Officials Assignment Guidelines

 

Please review the following guidelines in selecting games. It is very important that you review your personal schedule and commitments prior to your game's selection.

  1. You may only sign up for a maximum of 3 games in a single day or two days per week.  **This rule does not apply to games that are open for assignment within 24 hours of the game.**
  2. If you sign-up for a game and due to a change in your schedule you cannot meet the commitment, immediately remove your name from the signup list, then notify your officials assignor, Lori Dale, 253-740-3170.
  3. You may directly contact another FMYB official, if the game you are scheduled for is a A or AA level, and coordinate the replacement, but you MUST notify the club assignor of this change in advance.
  4. If the change of schedule occurs 5 days or more in advance notification to the club assignor can be via email.
  5. If the change occurs in less than 5 days in advance of the scheduled game, you must call and notify the club assignor (and email as a follow-up if available).

ALL Officials changes for B, BB, C, CC, D or DD games must go directly through the club assignor.

NOTE: The assignor will:

  1. Review your request keeping in mind your abilities.
  2. Review the assignments for duplication and notify you if there are changes.
  3. Honor your game assignment selections but should there be changes, then explain why.
  4. E-mail you telling you to check the web site for any changes if you have email, otherwise notify you by telephone.
